Description

This is a late 17th- to early 18th-century house located on the north side of East Street in Leven. The building is constructed of brick, with pebbledash and colour-washing on the exterior, and has a pantiled roof. It has a plinth and extends to three storeys, with a three-bay facade. A 20th-century glazed door sits centrally, flanked by two 20th-century tripartite windows and one single 20th-century window, all fitted with louvred shutters. The first floor has a band above, and contains three four-pane sash windows with sills. A second band is present above the first floor, with three sliding sash windows on the second floor. The building features a brick eaves cornice and chimney stacks at each end.
