Description
Westfield is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of yellow-brown brick and has a slate roof. The building stands two storeys high and features a symmetrical elevation with three bays. At the rear, there is a continuous outshut. The front door consists of six raised and fielded panels and includes an overlight with glazing bars, set within panelled reveals and soffit. The door is framed by a pilastered doorcase topped with a projecting cornice. The windows on the ground floor are 16-pane sashes with sills, positioned beneath slightly cambered gauged brick arches on both sides. The first floor also has three similar sashes. The house has an end stack and a hipped roof.
