Description
Rose Lea is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brown brick and features a timber eaves cornice with a pantiled roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, along with a continuous outshut at the rear. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door beneath a fanlight with radial glazing, which is flanked on both sides by sash windows with glazing bars, all set under wedge lintels. On the first floor, there are three similar sash windows. The house also has a moulded timber eaves cornice, end stacks, and raised coped gables.
