Description

Westfield Farmhouse is a late 18th-century house situated on Main Street in Melbourne. The building is constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. It is two storeys high and originally comprised three bays, with a continuous rear outshut. The central entrance features a glazed door flanked by sidelights with glazing bars, all set beneath a gauged brick arch. To the right and left of the entrance are four-pane sash windows with sills, also under gauged brick arches. The first floor has a Venetian window above the door, a four-pane sash window to the right, and a four-pane sash window to the left, all under gauged brick arches. The house has end stacks topped with a hipped roof.
