Narrow-fronted house in row. Early C19 front on earlier fabric. Flemish bond brickwork and tile roof. 3 storeys and basement, 1-windowed. 16-pane sashes to brick voussoirs on stone cills. Pilaster shop front, door left. Grille under voussoirs to basement. Lofty brick stack, ridge left; right return gable rendered. INTERIOR inspected only at ground floor. Both party walls are timber-framed. The front room has 2 transverse beams with early joists, and a small fireplace on a splay to the right, with a C19 flush 4-panel door to the staircase. The rear room, at a slight angle to the front, also has 2 transverse beams and early joists; the right-hand wall of this room adjoins a small external courtyard.
