SO 83 SE FORTHAMPTON -

2/34 Nos 11 and 12 Poltorks Cottages (Forthampton Estate) II

Semi-detached estate cottages. Dated and initialled JY/1858 on diamond shaped datestone in left gable end, C20 extension . Red brick, red tile roof with bands of fishscale tiling, brick stack. Rectangular main body with two projecting porches, C20 lean-to at rear. One storey and attic lit by two roof dormers. Symmetrical facade. Two 3-light casements with limestone stopped hoods lighting ground floor. All windows with diamond leaded panes. Projecting gabled porches right and left with basket-headed entrances, plank door set back with-in left hand porch, glazed double doors at front of right-hand porch. Twin diagonally set central stack. Interior not inspected.
