Semi-detached cottage. C17-early C18. Square-panelled timber- framing with painted brick infill on a coursed roughly squared and dressed limestone plinth; right gable end coursed squared and dressed limestone; red tile roof with red brick stacks. Rectangular plan with later lean-to to the right gable end. 1½ storeys with single-storey extension. Roadside front: two 2- light, one 3-light and one 4-light C20 wooden casements. One 2- light and two 3-light C20 dormers with weatherboarded gables. Gable-end stacks. Interior not inspected.
