Semi-detached cottage, adjoining Tudor Cottage (q.v.). C17. Square-panelled timber-framing with tension bracing and brick infill; coursed squared and dressed limestone plinth; red tile roof, coursed squared and dressed limestone stack with brick shaft. 1½ storeys. Cross-mullioned window with leaded panes; single-light window with leaded panes to the right. Two 3-light eaves dormers with imitation timber-framed gables. Projecting gable-end stack with shaft set away from the house. Gable entry via a C20 lean-to with C20 plank door. Interior not inspected.
