Description
Little Priors is a house that was once part of The Priory, likely built in the 18th century. It is constructed from limestone rubble with dressed stone quoins and features an artificial stone-slate roof. The building has an 'L'-shaped plan and is two storeys high with an attic.
The entrance front has a gable on the right side. On the ground floor, there is a 20th-century four-light stone-mullioned casement window with a stopped hood, and on the first floor, there are similar casements along with a 2-light casement, both also with stopped hoods. The roof features two 2-light dormers with steel casements. The left gable end previously had a sash window with a dressed stone surround at the first floor level. A glass door is located on the forward-facing gable end. The right-hand return has 20th-century stone-mullioned casements with flat-chamfered and ovolo-moulded mullions, and there is a plain dressed stone surround for a sash window, of which only the upper part remains. The interior has not been inspected.
