Description

The Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that has undergone modifications in the 20th century. It features square-panelled timber framing with painted brick infill and has 20th-century brick extensions. The roof is covered with red tiles, and there is a stack with a 20th-century orange-coloured brick shaft. The main structure is rectangular and consists of two storeys, with single-storey 20th-century extensions added to the right gable end and to the left of the projecting stack. The windows are 20th-century two-light casements made with oak frames and leaded panes. There is a part-glazed door that matches the design of the windows, located at the lower right of the main body. An extension to the left of the projecting stack has a 20th-century plank door accessed through a flat-roofed porch. Additionally, there is a 20th-century glazed door flanked by glazed panels in the extension. The interior has not been inspected.
