Description
Brick House is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a stone slate roof with a brick chimney. The building has a rectangular plan that was extended by one bay in the same style in the 20th century. It stands two storeys high with an attic and has a four-windowed east front. The ground floor has two 3-light segmental-headed 19th-century casements, while the first floor has three 3-light casements. The central entrance is an 18th-century door with six flush panels, two of which are glazed, and it is sheltered by a projecting gabled canopy. To the right of the entrance is a segmental-headed plank door and a 2-light casement with a concrete lintel, along with another 2-light casement on the first floor. The building features a large projecting gable-end stack and segmental-headed windows at the rear. The interior is not accessible.
