Description

This former coach house, now used as a garage and outbuilding, dates from the mid to late 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble limestone with ashlar dressings and features a stone slate roof. The building has a coach house at the south end, which includes a continuous loft above. The front elevation showcases a central gable with a loft opening that has a stone lintel and a plank door, along with a 2-light mullioned casement window below. To the left, there is a doorway with plank doors and another 2-light casement window with a relieving arch. To the right, there are coach doors, followed by two additional coach doorways that have plank doors, a timber lintel, and a dividing post. The gables have projecting verges. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value with the nearby Little Britain Farmhouse.
