Description
The coach house, dating from around 1800, is constructed of coursed squared limestone and red brick, topped with a hipped slate roof. It has one storey and a loft, featuring a three-window range. The central bay, made of brick, projects forward and includes a tall round-arched coach-house doorway with stone imposts and keyblocks, a boarded head, and double-leaf doors. Above this doorway is a pedimental gable with a blocked circular window. Flanking the central bay are 12-pane sash windows on the ground floor, which have wooden lintels, and lunette windows above with keyblocks. The building has deep overhanging eaves supported by brackets. On the right side elevation, there is a plank door with a round-arched head and fanlight, along with a round-arched loft door above. To the left side, there is a single-storey extension that is open to the front.
