Detached farmhouse. Late C16. Timber framed; roughcast; random rubble limestone chimneys with ashlar shafts; artificial stone slate roof. Single-storey with attic; lateral chimney. East: scattered timber casements in roughcast elevation; plank door to central cross passage with glazed C20 porch; 3 gabled roof dormers, that to right with 3-light chamfered mullioned casement; lateral chimney stack to right with brick rebuilt shaft; central ridge- mounted chimney with moulded skirt. South end: projecting stepped chimney stack with moulded skirt. North end: roughcast on limestone plinth; casement to each floor. West: timber casements; attached C20 outbuilding at centre is not of special interest. Interior not inspected.
