Description
Luggershall Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of random rubble limestone with brick rebuilt chimneys and features a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic.
The west front has a four-window arrangement, where all the original timber cross windows have been replaced with metal cross windows, and the lintels are rendered. There is an off-centre doorway that has a plank door and a rectangular light above it. The roof features two gabled attic dormers, with the roof hipped only at the south end. A projecting chimney stack is located at the north gable end, with a single-storey lean-to below it.
At the rear, there are three steep gables and a lower two-storey wing attached to the left gable. The rear also has 20th-century metal casement windows similar to those at the front. To the right, there is a single-storey wing, and a 20th-century flat-roofed addition between the wings, which is not of special interest. The interior has not been inspected.
