Description
No. 18 Tetbury Street is a house built around 1730 in Minchinhampton. It is one of a row and is constructed of painted rubble limestone with a stone slate roof. The house has two storeys and an attic. The front of the building has a two-window arrangement. The windows are 2-light, chamfered mullioned casements with leaded iron, and have individual hoods on the ground floor, with a linking hood above them on the upper floor. A central doorway has a plain, keyed architrave and a later 6-panel fielded door. The roof has moulded stone eaves and a central gabled dormer with a 20th-century casement. A rebuilt chimney is located at the west end of the roof ridge. The interior of the property was not inspected.
