Description
No. 93 High Street is a house from the mid-18th century, located in a row of buildings. It is constructed of limestone rubble with a rendered band at the first floor level and features a stone slate roof. The house has two storeys and attics, with three bays. There is a wide off-centre four-panel door, where the upper panels are glazed and topped with a flat hood. The ground floor windows consist of three and four-light casements that were formerly part of a shop. On the upper floor, there are mid-19th century twelve-pane sash windows, with two located in the right-hand bay. The house also has two three-light flat-roofed dormers. Inside, there is a through passage and an inglenook fireplace in the south room, along with a dado featuring large plaster rosettes.
