Dwelling, formerly also with shop. C16 or earlier. Rendered on timber frame, clay double roman tile roof. Gable to street from main ridge continuous with adjacent property (No. 13) (q.v.); stone stack right, upper stage in brick. Three storeys, one windowed;: two-light oriel in gable, three-light 'Jacobean' oriel first floor both roofed stone slate; modern ground floor projected forward under moulded fascia top of former shop front. Four panel door, planted mouldings.
