Description
No. 9 Market Street is a dwelling and shop built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a clay double Roman tile roof. The building has three storeys and two windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars set beneath stepped voussoirs and a projecting keystone. The shop front, dating from the 19th century, includes glazed doors. This building is included in the register mainly for its group value with other nearby structures.
