Farmhouse, 1833 (datestone). Flemish garden wall bond brickwork, ashlar plinth to front only, slate roof. Symmetrical front, 3 windows wide, 3 rooms deep, 2 storeys. Four-panel front door up one stone step, bottom panel flush, centre fielded, top 2 glazed: semi-circular fanlight with curved glazing bars, panelled reveals to timber surround. Open porch over, up 2 concrete steps, 2 Doric pillars, matched pilasters on wall, plain cornice with mutules over, felt roof. Sixteen-pane sashes each side. First floor 16- pane sashes each side, 12 centre, all windows rubbed brick arches. Flat, boarded soffit to eaves, hipped roof with centre well; chimneys from eaves at front each side, from ridge one room in from rear. Right return: plinth continues short distance round corner; cambered brick arch over grille to cellar, toothing for intended low wall. Datestone (actually metal plaque): canted single-storey bay; sash; flat roof with wide eaves. Base on right squared off to shelter cellar entry. Sixteen-pane sash to right. Above two 16-pane sashes. Eaves and roof as front.
