6/148 Cropp monument, in churchyard about lm south west of porch, Church of St. Michael and All Angel

GV II

Short chest tomb; second half C18; stone. Flat lid, moulded edge: ends set back slightly, base and lid cut to follow. Sides, raised, rectangular panel for lettering; ends elongated rectangular baluster, all on a plinth with cyma top, set on a flat stone paving. To Margaret, wife of R. Cropp, with two other inscriptions, 1766, 1783, 1790.
