Description
This is an unidentified chest tomb located 4 metres east of the south porch in the churchyard of the Church of St. Michael and All Angels. It is probably from the early 19th century and is made of Doulting stone. The tomb features a tall moulded base and slab sides that have incised panel borders with reverse curved corners, with one on each end and two on each flank. The top is moulded and flat. Unfortunately, the inscriptions on the tomb are badly weathered and unreadable.
