Small house; probably C17, Cl9. Brick-nogged timber frame, double-Roman clay tiles to house; brick extension to left, corrugated asbestos roof. Two or 3 bay house, 1½ storeys, leanto to part rear and to gable. Entrance front at right-angles to road: 2-light casement on right; boarded door to left, open porch, timber posts, boarded gable. To left 2-light casement; similar in leanto front, replacing former door. External brick chimney on right gable forward of ridge: 2-light casement in leanto dormer to left of door: large random-rubble chimney base with offsets against left gable, brick top, bottom covered by leanto. Gable and rear walls timber-framed. Interior not inspected.
