Description
Tudor Cottage is a house that likely dates from the mid 17th century and was altered in the mid 20th century. It features brick-nogged timber framing and a tiled roof. The building consists of four bays and is one room deep, standing at 1½ storeys high. The timber framing has three panels high up to the eaves. On the left side, there are mid 20th century paired casement windows. To the right, there is a boarded door and a 4-pane casement window, both sheltered by an open lean-to tiled porch supported by timber posts at the front. There is another 4-pane casement window to the right and a mid 20th century two-light casement. The gable end has a brick lean-to extension. The first floor features gabled dormers at both ends and paired dormers in the center, each with a 2-light casement window. A lateral brick chimney is located at the rear on the right end.
