Description

The stone marker located at SO 635 137 is a Grade II listed structure that marks the enclosure of Crump Meadow. It features a segmental-arched top and is inscribed with the following text: "1847/ Crump Meadow/ Enclosure/ A.R.P./ 84.3.0/ Morpeth. C. Commissioner." This marker is part of a series of stones that were erected in the 19th century to delineate the enclosure of the Forest.
