Description
This is a late 18th-century house in a row, located on the south side of Millend Street in Mitcheldean. It adjoins Church Cottage. The front of the house is rendered and the gables are rendered, with a slate roof.
The house is one window wide and three storeys high. On the ground floor, there is a half-glazed door from the 20th century on the left, along with a side light. To the right of the door is a four-light timber window with a king mullion. Above these ground-floor features are sash windows to both the first and second floors.
The left-hand gable corbels out slightly at eaves level, in line with the adjacent building, The Shoe Shop on The Cross. The front wall of the house is slightly forward of the adjacent properties.
