24 Market Street and 6A, 6B, and 6C Mitchell's Close in Haddington is a 17th century L-plan house that stands three storeys tall and features crowstepped gables. It has a gabled stair outshot located in the re-entrant angle of Mitchell's Close. The front facing Market Street was remodeled in the mid-18th century and consists of four windows made of rubble with margins. The roof is slated, and the ground floor has been painted to serve as a shop.
