Description

Welcome Cottage is a mid-18th century building located on the west side of Victoria Street. It is constructed of coursed rubble and has Bradstone roofs. The cottage is two storeys high with an attic, and originally had two windows. The ground floor windows have been enlarged. A central panelled door is protected by a hood. The first-floor windows are original three-light mullioned casements. There are two gabled dormers, and ashlar end stacks. To the left of the cottage are sheds with rubble walls and Cotswold stone roofs on two levels, featuring one door and one window. The rear of the sheds has a catslide roof covered with modern tiles.
