Description

Ridge Cottage is a detached cottage located in Ampney Crucis, dating from the late 17th century and altered in the 20th century. It is built of coursed rubble stone and features a stone slate roof with renewed stone end stacks. The cottage is a single range of two storeys, with a single-storey wing to the left, presenting a symmetrical facade.

The front has two windows, each with 2-light ovolo-moulded stone mullions and leaded casements. On the ground floor, there are two 20th-century two-light stone mullion casements and a central gabled porch that includes a plank door.
