Description
Trinity Cottage is a pair of semi-detached cottages dating from the late 17th century, with alterations likely made in the early 20th century. The cottages are constructed of rubble stone featuring alternating quoins and have a stone slate roof that is half-hipped over No 30 on the left, supported by two rendered ridge stacks. They are a single range, comprising one storey and an attic.
Each cottage has two gables, with each gable featuring a two-light chamfered stone mullion window topped with a square hoodmould and leaded iron casements. Between the gables is a raking dormer at the eaves, which also has a two-light stone mullion. No 30 has a plank door to the left and a 20th-century two-light casement window to the right. No 31 features a plank door to the right with a new square hoodmould, and to the left are two paired six-pane casements with brick quoins and stone square hoodmoulds. The right-hand return has similar window features.
