Description

No 9 Ampney Crucis is a semi-detached cottage dating from the early 18th century. It is built of rubble stone and features a stone slate roof with two levels. Each section of the cottage is two storeys high, with two rendered end stacks, the one on the left being lower. The right section has a two-light stone mullion window in a flush surround, with leaded casements on both floors. The left section has a small paired six-pane wood casement window on each floor. There is a central recessed plank door with a wooden surround and a timber lintel.
