Description
BARRINGTON GREAT BARRINGTON VILLAGE SP 2013-2113 (east side) 10/7 Nos 61 and 62 GV II Pair of semi-detached cottages. Late C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone. Stone slate roof, ashlar stacks. Rectangular plan with extensions at right angles at rear. Flat-roofed C20 extension at rear not of special interest. Two storeys. Symmetrical, 2-windowed facades lit by 2-light wooden casements with glazing bars and stopped hoods to each cottage. Central plank door with stopped hood. Axial stack to main body. Gable-end stacks to extension at rear. Interior not inspected. (Barrington Park Estate).
