House, probably former service range to No.3 (qv). c1834-50 with later alterations. Stucco over brick with concealed roof and iron verandah. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. First floor has 1/1 sashes (the outer windows are narrower). Ground floor has double French doors and overlights between narrow 1/1 sashes. All windows in plain reveals and with sills. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: ground-floor verandah has glazed roof, uprights have quatrefoil and anthemion panels and openwork frieze. HISTORICAL NOTE: houses along Tivoli Road (originally known as Tivoli) are shown as laid out in Merrett's Map of 1834.
