House, now flats. c1820-30, altered when included in attached development c1850-60. Stucco over brick with mock slate mansard roof and stucco ridge stack. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic, 1 first-floor window with single-storey entrance range to right and set back to left. 6/6 sashes where original, all in plain reveals and with sills, with tooled heads and keystones to ground floor and elliptical arch to first floor. Entrance at right a 4-panel door with overlight and tooled head and keystone. Glazed late C20 door at left in porch. Wide eaves on brackets. Attic has C20 dormer. Right return has full-height canted bay and full-height bow; mainly 6/6 sashes. INTERIOR: not inspected.
