Description

Dunalley House is a house that has been converted into flats, built around 1820 to 1830 and altered when it was included in an attached development around 1850 to 1860. The building is made of stucco over brick and features a mock slate mansard roof with a stucco ridge stack.

The exterior has two storeys with an attic. It includes one first-floor window, with a single-storey entrance range to the right and a set-back section to the left. The windows are mostly 6/6 sashes where original, all set in plain reveals with sills, featuring tooled heads and keystones on the ground floor and an elliptical arch on the first floor. The entrance on the right is a four-panel door with an overlight, also with a tooled head and keystone. To the left, there is a glazed late 20th-century door in a porch. The wide eaves are supported by brackets, and the attic has a 20th-century dormer. The right return showcases a full-height canted bay and a full-height bow, primarily with 6/6 sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
