Ground floor: continuous frontage incorporates entrance to passage at left, a plank door, then 2 plate-glass windows on brick plinths, canted in to off-centre left entrances with glazed doors and lower raised and fielded panel; pilasters to ends and slender columnette-mullions, with stained glass frieze over windows in basket-arched surround; continuous frieze and blind box.
