Farmhouse. Circa early C19. Stone rubble slate-hung to front and ends, slate roof gabled at ends, brick stacks at gable ends. Rectangular plan with 2-span rear block gabled to the rear. 2 storeys. 3 window symmetrical front with central panelled front door, top panels glazed. C20 timber gabled porch. 2 ground floor tripartite sashes, 16-panes to central lights, 4 to flanking lights. 3 first floor 16-pane sashes, 1 a C20 replacement. Interior not inspected.
