Description

Dolphins is a terraced house located at 30A Brunswick Street in Teignmouth, dating from the early to mid-19th century. The building features painted stucco and a slate roof, with a rendered stack on the right and a shared moulded ashlar stack on the left.

The exterior is two storeys high and has a symmetrical two-bay layout. The doorcase is supported by colonnettes and features an entablature, with panelled reveals surrounding a central set-back 20th-century door that has an overlight. On both floors, there are 2-light small-paned casement windows with interlacing tracery and ogee heads. The interior has not been inspected.
