Farmhouse, disused at time of survey. Early C19. Whitewashed and rendered; slate roof, gabled at ends ; 2 stacks at each end. Plan: Double depth plan, 2 rooms wide with a central entrance. C20 rear left lean- to; 2 storey lean-to at left end with a flight of external steps. Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front with a central C20 gabled porch and C19 panelled front door, the top panels glazed. 16-pane C19 timber sashes to the ground floor; 3 12-pane C19 timber sashes to the first floor. The rear elevation has 1 ground floor C19 16-pane timber sash with shutters, and 2 similar sashes (no shutters) to left and right on the first floor with a 12-pane C19 timber sash in the centre. The corrugated iron clad lean-to covers a pump and granite trough. Interior: Not thoroughly inspected: a mid C19 marble chimney piece is preserved in the front right ground floor room. Farmbuildings in front of the house, mentioned in the old list description, have been demolished.
