Description

This is a cow house with a hay-loft above, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from granite rubble, featuring dressed granite quoins and lintels. The roof is slate with gabled ends. The building is set into a bank, with barn and loft doors located on the higher east side. The lower east side has loft doors above the cow houses. There are small 20th-century lean-tos on the west side. This structure is included for its group value with Cholwich Farmhouse.
