The cottage is constructed of rubble with slate roofs. It is a single-story building with an attic, featuring five two-light casement windows with segmental heads. A door is situated at the right end. On the south side, there is a glazed conservatory beneath a two-light casement window with a segmental head. The building is included on the list for its group value.
