Description

North Cottage at Pound’s Farm is a 17th-century cottage. It is timber-framed with painted brick infill and has a thatched roof, half-hipped to the right, with an end chimney. The cottage is continuous with South Cottage. It is approximately one-and-a-half storeys high, with two casement windows and a central door on the ground floor, all sheltered by a plain gabled hood. The first floor has two casement windows, with the thatch swept around them. A 20th-century extension projects at right angles from the rear.
