Description

57 Fore Street is a building dating from around 1860-1861. It stands three storeys tall and features four windows. The roof is made of Welsh slate and has a red brick chimney stack. The front of the building is slate-hung and timber framed, with a plain eaves band. The windows are architraved sash windows. The wooden shop front includes pilasters that support an entablature with a projecting cornice, although the shop window has been altered. There is a square-headed, recessed doorway that has a radial fanlight and a panelled door.
