Description
The boathouse, located immediately northeast of Nos 1, 2, and 3 Coastguard Cottages, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of whitewashed stone rubble and features a slurried slate hipped roof. The east end has a wide doorway that leads to a stone rubble slipway down to the river. On the south side, there is a plank door and a multi-pane fixed-light window.
