Description

No. 22 Noss Mayo is a cottage dating from the 18th century, with an early 19th-century front. The building is plastered and has an asbestos slate roof with gabled and hipped ends. It stands two storeys high and features three bays. The windows are sash style with glazing bars. The central doorway has a fielded panel door, and both the doorway and windows are framed with stuccoed surrounds that include quoins and keyblocks. The corner quoins are treated in the same manner. The end chimney stacks have been heightened in brick. This cottage is included for its group value.
