Description

No. 16 South Street is a cottage dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features incised stucco and has a plain tiled roof with a brick stack on the ridge to the right. The building is two storeys high and has a single window front with shallow glazing bar sashes set in open boxes. To the left, there is a fall-glazed door framed by an architrave surround, topped with a flat hood supported by brackets. This cottage is included in the listing for its group value.
