Description
The Boathouse at Henley Rowing Club is a 19th-century structure with a façade that conceals an older building. It is constructed of red brick and features a gable end facing the street, topped with an old tiled roof. The building has two storeys. The upper floor contains two small, early 19th-century casement windows with segmental arches and glazing bars, situated on either side of the left door. The ground floor features a boathouse door. The rear façade, which faces a courtyard, is made of flint and red brick, with an entrance from New Street. The Boathouse is part of a group that includes Nos 25 to 29 (odd) and No 88 New Street, along with the courtyard surface behind No 88 and No 1 Wharf Lane.
