Description
The former dairy to Buzzacott Manor, located approximately 12 metres west of Broad Oaks Farmhouse, is a late 19th-century building constructed of unrendered brick. It features a hipped thatch roof with a sham brick stack at the apex, and the four corners of the roof are built up to support a flat slate capping. The building has a rectangular, two-room plan, with the smaller room situated on the right. It is a single-storey structure with a symmetrical facade. The central entrance consists of a plank door with a diamond leaded fanlight above, and the thatch roof above the door is designed to resemble an eyebrow dormer. On either side of the entrance, there are two-light casement windows with a diamond leaded glazing pattern. Additionally, there are plank doors at each end of the building and two windows at the rear. Inside, the dairy retains its slate slabs around the walls of each room.
