Description
This is a house dating from around the early 19th century, situated on Fore Street in Bampton. It is constructed of probable stone rubble, whitened and rendered, with a tiled roof and a gable at each end, featuring a stack on the left side. The building has a symmetrical design with three bays and a central entrance. The front door is a 20th-century addition, being half-glazed and sheltered by a horizontal canopy supported by moulded brackets. The windows are 19th-century 16-pane sashes on both the ground and first floors. The interior has not been inspected, but contemporary features may remain.
