Description

58 and 60 St Leonard's Road are a pair of similar detached houses built in 1840. They are constructed of stucco and stand two stories tall with three window fronts. The houses feature splayed bays in the center of the ground floors and niches at the sides. The windows are sash style with glazing bars. There is incised line ornamentation on the parapets, and No 58 also has balustraded panels. The roofs are hipped and covered with slate, and each house has one dormer. Nos 52 to 60 (even) form a group.
