Description

Lawn House is an early 19th-century stuccoed house located on West Terrace, Budleigh Salterton. The front facade is partly roughcast, topped by a slate hipped roof with small paired brackets to the eaves soffit. The house has two storeys and three bays, with projecting wings on either side featuring a balcony with a cast iron balustrade between them. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars and margin panes. The building is of group value, contributing to a cohesive streetscape.
